HR Advisor- Blue Bell, PA - hybrid

As a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON’s internal customers with a focus on immigration. This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work on some great projects.

Job Description

  • Participate in the administration of the Immigration program working with our service provider, Envoy, to support our immigration needs.

  • Provide immigration support to various internal stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition, business leaders, hiring managers, employees, etc.

  • Coordinate immigration applications and visas, permanent residency sponsorship process, as well as other tasks needed to support immigration programs.

  • Stay up to date on sponsored employees’ job changes (locations, duties, terminations) to ensure immigration status is compliant.

  • Create and/or update immigration resources and process flow for key stakeholders and provide trainings.

  • Facilitate relationships with global service teams and collaborate on country transfers to ensure a smooth transition for employees.

  • Assist with invoice management, including initial approvals, reviews, and appropriate allocation.

  • Educate the ICON community where possible services are provided through a self-service channel.

  • Able to analyze HR data and make recommendations for streamlining processes.

You will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources

  • 2 years’ experience within a similar role

  • Customer focused with a sense of urgency

  • Works collaboratively and using your own initiative

  • Analytics experience, auditing, and reporting

  • Advanced excel work, pivot tables, v lookup
