Job Title: Credit Card Associate

The Role:
Timely and accurate processing of credit card applications forms
Timely and accurate processing and payment of monthly statements
Management of all documentation in line with statutory requirements
Reconciliation of cardholder accounts/expense report submissions
Resolution of issues with cardholders
Participation in projects as needed.
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-national finance function
Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions
Attention to detail
Ability to work on Own & as a Team player
Good organization skills
